Hola a todos;
Este año, la dirección del hotel está planteando una serie de restricciones en el uso de la piscina central, a personas que no son propietarios. Prohíbe , y a veces creo que con malas maneras, a inquilinos e incluso a familiares de propietarios el acceso a la piscina central.
Ante estos hechos, requerí a la dirección del hotel y el al Sr Madrigal, que cumpliera los acuerdos existentes. La respuesta ha sido, que ellos cumplen, pues sólo se cedió el uso a los propietarios, de ahí, su rechazo a otras personas distintas de éstos.
Como obviamente, no es esta la interpretación racional y adecuada, se volvió intentar un replanteamiento en la correcta interpretación de los acuerdos del año 95, a lo que se me contestó :
” En absoluto tu interpretación es correcta. No hay más interpretación que la que dimanan los estatutos de origen.
Te aconsejo leas detenidamente los estatutos, usos asignados, cambios, servidumbre a pasillo acceso, autorización para uso de piscina , etc..
Te agradeceria que te enteres bien en pos de la mejor convivencia respecto de los derechos y obligaciones de los dos núcleos.”
A la vista de esta última respuesta, en la próxima Junta hay un punto específico al respecto, para decidir los siguientes pasos a dar, en pos de una interpretación no unilateral de los estatutos, en defensa de los intereses de nuestra Comunidad.
